FAQ

Know before you order

Does it work on every phone? +
Most modern Android and iPhone models can use NFC. Any phone can also scan the printed QR code instead.
Can I change the review link later? +
Yes — the chip is rewritable, so you can update the link if your Google Business Profile or destination changes.
Do you ship outside New Zealand? +
Not at the moment — Tapply currently ships to New Zealand addresses only.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on your location and courier service.
Does it need power or charging? +
No. The stand is entirely passive — it has no battery and needs no charging. The NFC chip is powered by the customer's phone when they tap it.
Will it survive daily use on a busy counter? +
The stand has no moving parts and the NFC chip is contained inside. It is designed for normal day-to-day use on counters and reception desks.
What if I order 5 and want to use different links? +
Each stand can be programmed separately, so multiple stands can point to different pages or locations.
What's your return policy? +
If your stand arrives faulty or doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
